can anyone tell me what age miners get their full pit pension, my oh was diagnosed with cancer some months ago and although still able to work for now, he would like to claim it but he's not sure what age he has to be, whether its 59 or 60, he is 59 in february

Speak to the scheme administrators - the scheme rules will set out the provisions for retirement through ill-health.
