My OR called me by phone I did not have a face to face meeting and it took him 4 days and that included the weekend, he was really quick to be honest with you. I know the waiting is awful, but you are almost there.

You are aware the tax money does not come to you?

It could also be the timing of your friend's BR as to the reason they didn't get nil tax code. I timed my BR to be the last day of the tax year so I wouldn't have one. Your BR however is the first week of the new tax year so if you are employed likely you will get one.

Thanks FYP I remember you telling me that, and I am positive I had no nil tax code although mine was end Oct, I earned so little he did not see the point if I remember rightly.

My initial call was at the court after my hearing, asked a few basic questions then arranged for the formal interview for a fortnight later, no NT code as it was late in the year but have just finished my IPA, which took nearly 3 months to set up from my interview. Interview by phone as is usually the norm and very helpful examiner to boot.

They are only after bank/credit cards for accounts included in the bankruptcy, the one for the bank account you still use you can keep.
