I need a digital camera

Looking to buy something to use on my travels.
I don't have a massive budget, say £70 tops and need a compact digital camera.
It needs to be decently better than my camera phone (HTC Desire) - really all I need probably is some optical zoom (which the 'phone can't do).
I would like to be able to carry this in shorts or jeans pocket.
Would like image stabilization to minimise shake while in zoom mode.
Lastly, I would prefer if I could get 720p video recording (while still being able to use the optical zoom). Full HD isn't necessary.

If you can up your budget a wee bit, I'd go for a Canon Ixus. They're a smashing little camera, take fab photos and small enough for a shirt pocket.
