Sky digital box

Hi gang
i have a Sky digital box, the problem is it works but will not send a signal to to the "magic Eye" i have in another room so that i can change channels with it.(had the Sky box longer than 12months) i phoned Sky up today threataning to cancel Sky because the football had finished and and they said i could keep Sky on for 3months at £2 a month but no Sky Sports(Sky sports news and Eurosport are kept on)or they will kock the Sky sports off no problem!
so should i go on to e-bay and buy a digital box, or is their a Moneysaving way of doing it?

Is it a faulty box or have the settings just changed in the box ?

You can turn the magic eye off and on in one of the menu's .

it was set and working on the magic eye then nothing, got a new magic eye but still no joy

Have you checked the connections ?
