Seeing the clerk this week. last minute panic question....

So I'm off to see the clerk of the court and present my debtors petition and statement of affairs on wednesday. I'm pretty happy with all of the form, and the list of the creditors, but a nagging worry has cropped up and I just want to check with people what they think.
In my creditors, I've listed all the unsecured debt that I have. I have left some stuff out though, that I consider to be everyday things I need to continue paying. I'm unemployed, but soon hope to get that rectified, I rent my flat, so have not included Electric, Gas, Water, Council Tax, TV, basic day to day living stuff. This is all in hand anyway, so no panic. My question is about a couple of catalogue accounts I have. They have minimal debt on them (about £100), and I use them for essentials (shoes etc). I have not listed them on my list of creditors as I fully intend to keep them up to date and use them as I need them. Is this legal? Or should they be on the form?
Thanks in advance for any advice, am about to go and register myself in the April BR club!

Oh I am not sure that is legal I thought all creditors had to be listed on your form, but I could be wrong. Your utility bills do not nor your rent if you are not in arrears.
Hopefully someone will know for sure.

Cheers for the reply. That's what I was worried about, hopefully someone has a definitive answer for me, but I think you may be right0

Filling in and signing the form you are swearing a statement of truth that everything in it is correct to the best of your knowledge. Deliberately omitting debts that you know should be declared is going to fall foul of that.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

That is what I thought, thanks guys. Since everything else is on there, I'll add them in too.0
