I bought a laptop with Dell a few weeks ago. Allegedy, I should have got 5 points per pound, so 2100 points in total, but I just got 1545. Has that ever happened to anyone else? What should I do?

Hi, if you logon to the pigsback account and scroll down to the bottom of your homepage there's a wee clickable link for 'contact us' If I were you, I think Id contact them via that link, and ask if there's been a mistake, they'll look into it for you, Good luck, xxx
