Oh never give out your real phone number to these kinds of sign ups - it's an odds on favourite they'll pester you with marketing calls.
I got a free SIM card (lots of links on Freebies board) and stuck it in an old mobile phone. Never switch the thing on - its just purely for this kind of thing - don't want them ringing my landline or regular mobile phone.

I dont know if this will be of any help but
when I was waiting for my points I rang
Party Bingo and mentioned I had joined via Pigback
and what were the chances of my getting
my piggy points because it would be very
disapointing to have to chase Pigsback up for
them and they had a habit of saying that I
was not on the list of new members etc .

The girl on the phone checked my account
and said that it was showing that I had
joined via Pigsback and that if I had any problems
getting my points to ring back in and they would
look into it for me and make sure I got them
mine came though about two weeks later.
It was 2000 points when I joined so I was
determined to get them.The phone number for
PartyBingo is on their website and its a free
phone number so it costs nothing to ring.
Might be useful to try.
