    Hi

I'm new to pigsback (thanks so much for this thread!)

Today I logged on to do clickthroughs. I clicked on one and then went back to the homepage, and there were two at once. I clicked on one of them and went back, but the other had disappeared. Is that normal?

I logged out and logged in again, no more, but then logged out a second time and logged back in again and there was another one. Is that usual too?

    Em x

You dont need to log in and out...just refresh the home page and any new clickthroughs will appear.

Sorry (confusing) I went back to the homepage via the 'home' link not using back in the browser......so that should have refreshed it? I was confused that one ct did appear that hadn't appeared on previous refresh.

The clickthroughs will eventually reappear if you haven't clicked through them. You can either refresh the page or go through all the different categories (travel etc) listed about halfway across the bar on the Pigsback homepage.

Don't panic - you haven't lost them! ;) If you can remember which companies they were for, you could type that name into the search bar. The ct's should show up that way too. :)

Hi, Ive been waiting for Boots points for a few weeks, is that normal......I know it says 28 days, but in other people's experience, should it take this long?

The one time I shopped at Boots through Pigsback, it took around 6 weeks and several emails to get them. Never again !

Thanks everyone who keeps this thread going. It reminds me to do the comps and clicks regularly - I wouldn't have got my 1000 point prize recently without this so ta very much.

I have done 3 Boots shops through PB. The first lot of points took less than 2 weeks to arrive, but the 2nd and 3rd lot (these orders were made a few days apart) didnt show up for 3 weeks if I remember right??
So dont panic just yet. ;)
