This newly revamped site drives me mad. My Dad has been trying to redeem his points for two weeks. He has emails from them saying the validation process works for some and not others; they tried to say he needed to delete the cookies on his PC, both answers are crap.

He asked if he provided his mobile number could they manually adjust his acc and low and behold they failed to respond.

I just had a weekly e mail from The pig and he says that you can sign up to get birthday points. I thought we'd already done that so maybe all the original dates have been wiped in the changeover and you have to re-register your birthday on the birthday page.

I've just had an email about the birthday points which says: "We will be backdating the birthday email and PiggyPoints as we have not issued any since the new site updates.
Any due PiggyPoints should be issued within two weeks."

So let's see.

Emailed pigsbck once again about the u switch points apparently the reason why they havent been added is because u switch were moving offices pigsbck said the points will be added at the end off the wk about time too ive also waited nearly 3 mths for these points

Has anyone else had their Jackpot points added for predicting Lewis Hamilton would win the USA Grand Prix? There was a message in the help section of the site saying they would be added by yesterday, but my Dad still hasn't had his credited.
