Hi there,
I'm pretty new to Pigsback and was wondering how long it usualy takes to get points added to your account through Shop and Earn. I ordered from Euroffice on 4/6, Tesco on 27/6 and Boots on 27/6 but haven't got any point yet. Is this usual or should I be contacting them?

It was my birthday on 24 June and I have had no points credited. So I've just written to them asking whether they still award points for birthdays. I'll let you know what response I get.

ive just found this one as well & clicked on 10 it said correct but also said "you have not selected an answer" so i refreshed the page & clicked...

over 180 in top box & 10 in bottom box

it then just says correct

I have enough for another voucher but when i go to the rewards page the page wont turn over saying error on bottom off screen any ideas ? Thanks
