Hi you have to allow 2 wks for the vouchers to arrive, mine only took 6 days which is quick usually its about 10-14 days.If it goes over 2wks give pigsbck an email and enquire about your vouchers when they were dispatched.

Did you actually order them? Did your points total go down? Just your use of the word 'selected' makes me wonder... you need to:

*change the quantity next to the voucher you want to the quantity you want (obviously!)

*then scroll down and press 'select items'

*then the page reloads and there's a 'my selections' tab above the list of rewards, click it

*a page loads with a list of the reward(s) you've chosen and you need to press the 'order selected items' button

*you'll be asked to confirm your address and you'll need to validate your account using your mobile if its your first order.

Sorry if you know all that, I just think the ordering process isn't very clear and its easy to not follow it all the way to the end and then be waiting for vouchers that aren't coming!

To answer your question, I ordered arcadia vouchers last sunday (13th) and received them on friday (18th) - quicker than usual.

    Hope that helps!

    Kath :)

This is a normal part of menopause for some women that is basically caused by our skin drying out from the decrease in our hormones.
Low estrogen affects the skin all over the body and makes it itch.

I went to my doctor who gave me a good moisturising cream — 'Aveeno' which helped,
he also altered my HRT and gave me some Antihistamine tablets which stopped the itching and as antihistamines also make people sleepy,
they do help me sleep better.

This site is a good one — shows we are not the only itchy people!
