    Referred my mum and she definately clicked the link in e-mail - she ordered first voucher last week and I didn't get my points. Have e-mailed pigsbak and they replied saying that she must not have clicked the lnk so I don't get my points. I know she did and also know that my mum would never have used pigsback but for me referring it - she has joined book club, bought things from boots and tesco so hasn't just claimed free points like me!!!

    I am very disillusioned with this - is there anything else I can do???

    That happened with me when I referred my dad, I was sitting with him when his e mail came through so I know he clicked on the correct link. I e mailed three times but they still wouldn't give me the points.
  • AAAAaaaaarggggggrrrrrrrrhhhhh..............how frustrating is pigsback, my account balance has went wonky again, I got 60 clickthrough points on monday and it says my points balance is 40!!!! Also, I cant get into my account or piggybank, it keeps saying incorrect password again!!!! I had hoped things had settled down but it seems as chaotic as it was at the beginning of the week. I also keep having to clear my cookies/temp files too in order to log out. Its driving me nuts!!!

    it seems to be sorted now (fingers crossed), when i first logged in today i had 30 points, i logged out and logged in again and i had 40 i couldn't get to "my piggybank" page as it wouldn't accept my password, i went to "my log in details", put the same password in and it seemed to sort itself out, i have now got 245 points which is right and its accepting my password again, don't know if it will work for anyone else but might be worth a try :rolleyes:

    Answer = Park Lane

    Wasn't this the answer last week too? It still gave me 10 points though.

    Only 50 points to go now until I can forget Pigsback!

    Or maybe not - I've not had any problem with my points total but can't access the account. I wanted to because it's my birthday_party_ and I seem to remember putting my birthday on my account and them saying they'd do something to help celebrate our birthdays - not noticed anything yet - have any of you had anything from them for your birthday at all? Just wondering...
