i've tried ordering rewards from them twice in the last week and both times the mobile verication doesn't work. i emailed them about it the first time and they told me that it was because of the new site design and that it would be sorted in the next few days, but it's still not working...

i really wanted to see what the pigsback shopping bag was like!

It was my birthday yesterday but I didn't receive any PP's either. So, I just logged into my account to check that I had ticked the birthday subscription and it says that:

I've checked my emails and although this morning I received the usual newsletter there has not been a birthday email with a special birthday gift.
I'm assuming I entered my birthday correctly but I can't find anywhere where I can check it. I must have entered it during the PB registration process when i first joined. Will contact PB and see what they say.
