In the first post on this thread, a contact email is posted. I used it yesterday to ask about 'missing points' and had a very speedy and polite reply to the effect that they were sorry about the problems with the new site and they were working to fix it.

It's a new thing twixeey, only introduced a month or so ago. If you look on My Subscriptions, there is a tickbox for Curly's Birthday Email. Until yesterday this also displayed the date you'd put in for your birthday, but isn't now (so who knows if they've lost them all). On the date specified you should find 50 extra pp in your account, I'm not sure that there is an actual birthday email - not got to mine yet

Go to my subscriptions, scroll down, and you should be able to enter your birthday date, Curly will then award you 50 points on your birthday. I say should, but some members have had trouble entering the date. I am here early hoping mine would have been added for yesterday, but so far nothing.

Hi all
Does anynody know where you can find the winners of the quizzes on Pigsback yet? i've suddenly had 1000 piggypint added and its not showing in my account details as a win or anything else for that matter.

Hmmmmmm, not sure their system is working yet!

If I click this link, and then go to "Home" it tells me I have 110 points (I have 2300) and I am in pigsback.com

However if I log into pigsback.co.uk I can see I have 2300 points, my correct balance. Are there now two Pigsbackseses, if not, which is the real Pigsback?

Oh and they have now used the same picture at least 3 times, with different answers

same things happening to me... 4500 in my account , but showing as 186 :eek:
