I've just received my 10pp for signing up to Valuemail (I signed up about a month ago, points are showing as added to my account on 14/06) - but I still have the same points balance - ?!

If I click on the history of my account it definitely shows them as adding 10 new points, no idea what 10 other points they've randomly taken from my account in their place The same thing is showing in my OH's account too. Has this happened to anyone else? I know it's only 10pp so hardly worth complaining over but I'm a bit miffed that I may as well not have bothered completing the offer.

Would be grateful is someone can confirm that Leisure Vouchers are still available on pigsback ? and that they have been bought out by virgin ??!

are they still useable on the same things / companies as before ?
