Primes do not work together.
You are talking about the subcontractor infrastructure. If an organisation is not part of the welfare to work scheme then it won't fall into the same conditionality.
E.G. If the jobcentre use a direction to send you to a support service that wasn't part of the W2W framework, the prime would not be able to mandate you to another activity until the conditions of the direction were satisfied.
These employment deals are between the prime and the employer only. There isn't the scope to involve subcontractors because no locality has a 1:1 ratio of jobs to W2W customers.0 -

Sorry, primes do work together. They meet regularly with the other local stakeholders I listed and discuss provision of training, employment opportunities coming up locally in particular new developments where the local authority can impose Section 106 requirements on their planning meaning they must either pay a levy or commit to a learning & skills plan. This is all discussed in these meetings with primes, subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders.0 -

Sorry but no good complaining to DWP. The complaints process for work programme is complain firstly to the provider then straight to the independent case examiner. DWP have nothing to do with managing the contract.0 -
Why wouldn't you dress appropriately if there is a job on the table? I dress smartly just for handing out CVs and covering letters. I certainly don't yawn or look out of the window! It's reasonable to ask about hours, as long as your wording and attitude are enthusiastic and intimate an interest in working hard and getting on with the company. It's tough if you don't think it's financially worth taking a job, you are expected to be actively seeking and available for work including minimum wage. For example ask about opportunities for overtime, possibility of full time employment if they are happy with the standard of your work, chances of career progression within the company.
Play the game and you will have less grief! Jobcentre loved me last time I was there, I always ask how they are today, say please thank you and goodbye, appear open to questions and suggestions even when I don't always feel it. TBH your OP does sound attitude-y/ negative in places.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
