defrosting beans

Hi
Am after a little bit of advice I soaked & cooked a mixture of beans - think they are chickpeas, butterbeans, canenelli (sp) & 2 others, froze what we didn't eat now I want roast defrost them to use tomorrow - do I just defrost slowly in fridge? Or am I meant to recook them?
Thanks in advance - don't want to poison my oh!
