The highly acclaimed series stars Amanda Redman (At Home with the Braithwaites) as Detective Superintendent Sandra Pullman who heads up UCOS (The Unsolved Crime and Open Case Squad) solving previously unsolved crimes and murders. Pullman is backed up by her team, Gerry Standing – Dennis Waterman (Minder), Brian Lane – Alun Armstrong (Bleak House) and Jack Halford – James Bolam (Born and Bred), all three retired ex-policemen and all three no longer in the first flush of youth.
New Tricks Series Three, the triple DVD contains a host of extras including a behind the scenes feature, cast filmographies, a picture gallery and subtitles. It will be available from High Street video stockists priced at £24.99 or by calling the Acorn Video hotline on 0845 123 2312.
Series Three finds the incongruous group investigating a teacher’s mysterious car crash death; a murder involving misappropriated Trade Union funds; violent dog killings, witchcraft, warring ice cream bandits and arson.
Our great friends at Acorn Media UK have given us some copies of the DVD to give away, to try and win just tell us another series that Amanda Redman has starred in.
