Changing the way you shop cook and eat

Has anyone read the book The new english kitchen by Rose Prince?I bought it yesterday and it's a really good book it' about how to get the best from the food we buy also why it is worth paying more for some things. She also says how many portions you can get from things and also breaks down the cost.I got my copy from the works and was only £4.99 dowm from £18.99.It's the best book I've bought in ages.

Have you read her other book "The Savvy Shopper"? Also a very good eye opener.

One of my favourites ;) Like the Savvy Shopper too. I think if you like The New English Kitchen you'd like The Pauper's Cookbook by Jocasta Innes too.
