The address piece of paper said they hadn't included it and email then with your subscriber number and name and address and they would send one to you. They did this once before. I think it is because they were sent out so early. Better get the piece of paper out of the bin now.

Thanks for your reply I thought that might've happened, as it happened before. I threw the bit of paper you mentioned in the bin without reading it!! I have a copy of the last e-mail I sent to them when the polish was missing before. So, I sent them another e-mail earlier. I've recieved a reply to say they will get back to me within 2 days
