Does anyone know of any other magazine that has the D&A free eye test voucher in other than Prima - I can only find Prima's in a pack of 3 with other magazines which obviously isn't very moneysaving. I have just had my reminder letter through about my eye test. Many thanks.

You can print one from their site:

Thanks for the heads-up. Are there still samples left when you go to the website? There was a similar survey a month or two ago (I missed out on it cos I couldn't find a code) and I'm wondering if this is the same, old one.
