Yes, I picked one up yesterday, but there were no MOCs in it and the shopkeeper didn't know anything about it. The date was Aug 3rd - 22nd.
    Hope that helps.

I've had a load of books from my local Nisa! You want to pick up the summer issue of Instore, it is a magazine not a leaflet. Not all Nissa's have them as I have been in 2 small stores that didn't have them. I think it is something the store has to purchase from Nisa, kinda like Avon where the distributor has to buy the books to give out.

Magazine costs £3.40. Eva Mendes on front cover.

Sub arrived this morning with a James Brown London Intensive Mask for Hair (100ml) in plastic bag.

Showing as being worth £7.99 for 150mls at following link:

    http://www.jamesbrownlondon.com/products/signature/intensive/intensive_mask_for_hair

So works out at £5.33 rounded up for the 100ml size you get with the mag.

No coupon redemption worries for this one, and finding only for certain areas - hurrah!

At least I managed to get something this time round. Last month I got nada.

Page 22 offer: Receive 12 issues for just £19.99 - less than half price - as well as a luxury cleanse, tone and moisturise set from Liz Earle, worth £39. Call on Tel. 0845 123 1231, quoting 10M.

Just got my copy and the mask had leaked all over the place. Luckily DD spotted it before I opened it.

Thanks for your post, Tibbs. I was wondering if there was anything about free cinema tickets (for the film 'Julie and Julia') in your edition? Somebody's posted about it on the nearly free board but said the link given in the mag didn't work. Also, if there are tickets available, do you need to buy the mag to get in the screening?

    TIA. :)

Silver foils over the spout would help. It must be a cost-cutting exercise not to put these on.

I would e.mail the 'Contact Us' link on their website, and explain the situation. My dealings with Marie Claire have been very positive when I have had any queries in the past.

They might send another out in the post, but ask them to check the lid is tightly secured first, though.

Hello Happy Shopper. It would be good if these were kept to one thread, but I suppose it's just the set-up of the site. Magazine offers for magazine offers, but equally applicable to the Spend required freebie site. The upshot is that more people will see, depending on where they tend to scroll.

But anyhoos, yes I was waiting for Marie Claire to get back to me about the broken link before I posted this offer (last time took a few days, and by that time, I had answered my own question). Wondering if it is because it is the Sept issue, and the links might be available from start of August? Just supposition here.

The Julie & Julia free preview is advertised on page 51. I can confirm two links advertised are both broken:

    marieclaire.co.uk/womanheartfilm

    &

    marieclaire.co.uk/womenheartfilm

As soon as I have the info, I will post. I pledge promise this to all my MSE chums.

    Advertising 1000 free tickets.

Previews will take place on 8th September in Vue cinemas nationwide.

Plus, in 5 selected cinemas, there will be an extra pampering experience to complete the perfect girls' night out.

I will also post on the cinema thread, explaining about broken link.

More information at the broken links, which obviously we can't get access to at this time.

This autumn, Marie Claire and Wellaflex Silvikrin celebrate women in film with a series of previews showcasing female talent. Our first is the acclaimed Julie & Julia starring Meryl Streep and Amy Adams, and Marie Claire has more than 1,000 free tickets to see it before it goes on nationwide release on 11 September.

Plus, in five selected cinemas, there will be an extra pampering experience to complete the perfect girls' night out.

The exclusive screenings will take place on 8 September in Vue cinemas at the locations listed below.

To redeem your ticket, CLICK HERE and input the special code: "XXXXX"

    All about the film:
Based on Julie Powell's award-winning novel Julie & Julia: 365 Days, 524 Recipes, 1 Tiny Apartment Kitchen, this charming comedy follows one woman's year-log mission to rustle up every dish in Julia Child's famous cookery book, Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Novice cook Powell (played by Amy Adams) then spends each night blogging about the experience. But it's Meryl Streep who steals the show with her hilarious portrayal of endearingly eccentric chef Child.

    Participating Vue cinemas:
    Cheshire Oaks
    Plymouth
    Portsmouth
    Birmingham
    Romford
    Leeds Light
    Islington
    Edinburgh Ocean
    Bristol Cribbs
    Leicester
    Reading
    Watford
    Shepherds Bush
    Bolton
    Camberley
    Sheffield
    York
    Staines
    Dublin
    Swansea

The link is not available yet, but should be soon. Just to let you know the cinemas.

I've been looking for this for a few hours now, only to find no cinemas near me.

I sent OH to shop to get the paint for the bathroom. I was meant to be doing that today instead, but getting information for you guys is obviously priority - lol.

If you'd rather save on the sub price than get the freebies, call and ask if they have an offers for £12 subs. i did and got it for that.
