According to several reports posted on another forum (PTS), it seems that the Good Housekeeping mags available in shops do not include the coupon booklets.

Thank you MBN for letting us know the non-subscription issue does not have the voucher booklet in it. Nearly bought it today - thought I'd check mse tonight - glad I did. Thank you again.
