Hi .I've had a quick gander and can't see this posted , so apologies if I'm just being blind or stupid (or a combnaion of both )- anyway to get to the point , the August edition of Real Homes ( cello-packed with a copy of the Ikea catalogue) has an offer on page 44 for £10 off at virgin vie at home, now as far as I can tell there is no minimum spend value :D , you need to register at www.virginvieathome.com/realhomes , they send you an email asking you to verify your email addy , then add the £10 to your virgin vie account. I'm sure there must be a catch somewhere as it seems to good to be true (but I'm a cynical old bird).

Can anyone help me with my virginvie order please. I went through the links ^ above and got the £10 credit but now after going back and wanting to place an order for some room mist, its asking for my card details, I thought Id been credited with £10 but seems to be no sign of it. Or was therea voucher number that I missed? Sorry but I cant seem to see where my credit is? Thanks for any help! :D

I received two emails from them. The first welcoming me and the second advising me to click on a link in said email to have the £10 credited to my account.
If you order something under £10 you can put the difference towards the £3.95 postage.

Yeah I did that, but now when I go to checkout it says I need my card details, why? I should have the £10 in there shouldn't I? The total is under £10 inc postage. Just want to know if anyone else gets asked? Wether it'll take it off at next step? TIA

I had this problem and so left the order, turned off comp and then later tried again. The £10 was then credited to my account, so i think you just have to wait until it is processed. It shows as credit on account £10. HTH

Sometimes it takes a couple of hours for the money to be credited. If you log in, then go to 'My Details', it shows your name and address, and underneath that it says in purple 'Your cash on account'. If the money has been credited, then it will show £10 there.

Also when I ordered, it asked me immediately if I wanted to use the credit in my account.

My tenner took ages to show up on my account, so much so that I actually emailed them and compained.

It's finally working now, and as the whole lot was under £10, it didn't ask for my card details. :T

Quidco give 10% on Virgin Vie BTW, in case anyone is spending real money with them.
  • My £10 cash on account hit the account within 24 hours. Not somewhere I'd buy a lot of stuff as its quite expensive but some nice posh bubble bath for nowt ain't to be sniffed at (no pun intended).

10% on quidco validated today ( 65p)- order was for £6.50 plus postage £3.95 - balance to pay 0.45p.
