I've had a reply to my email that I sent querying the fact that I had only received one lipstick. The email says they are currently investigating the problem but goes on to ask for further information as to where I saw the offer. Can anyone help me out with the exact source of the code? I got the subscription details from a post a few pages back.

The response i got from living magazine today was:

"Thank you for your recent email.

I am very sorry to read your gift has not been received and confirm I have
arranged for a replacement to be despatched. Please allow up to 28 days for receipt.

btw I also got the horrible purply lipstick! I think they've just got them cheap from no.7 cos they're colours no-one bought! lol
