You cannot get the subs' advertised in magazines through The Magazine Group ... you can only get the free gifts they offer ... although sometimes these gifts are on 3 for £1 or £3 offers so still worthwhile ...
You can however get any of the MG mag's that are on 3 for £1 ... get your £4.80 cashback ... and hope something nice pops up in one of the mag's during your trial sub ... and even if not you will still be £3.80 up on the deal ...LittleBill ... Got my copy of Best mag this morning, and I'm happy to report that this week the mag has the following coupons on page 37:
*20p off St Helier pear cider at Asda, valid until 6th May 2008
*£1 off Cravendale semi-skimmed half pint multipack at Tesco, valid until 30th May 2008 (I think you can use this in conjunction with the 50 pointer from the 'Healthy living' goody bag from Tesco pharmacy)
This coupon has barcode 9902377110300, and scans for only 30p off, so a visit to CS desk is required.
*30p off Zipp Slenderize Orange Mango 500ml at Tesco and Morrisons, valid until 31st May 2008 (I got some coupons for this drink from the Vitality Show and they scan OK at my local Tesco, hopefully this Best coupon will make no exception)
*50p off You Are What You Eat 100g range, NSS, valid until 22nd July 2008
*BOGOF muffin&coffee at BB's Coffee and Muffins, valid until 21st May 2008. Check out store locations here www.bbscoffeeandmuffins.com
*£5 off tickets to Grand Designs Live
There are also some very nice recipes inside: creamy chicken stew, choc-chip cheesecake brownies, almond tea loaf etc Mmmmmm 'Into every abyss I still bear the blessing of my affirmation' (Friedrich Nietzsche)0 -
Thanks for that, MBN.
Am I right in thinking you'd only be able to use the store-specific ones if you bought the product?

I think these need to be tested at the Tesco till (except for the Asda 20p, save that for Asda).
Usually Best coupons will scan anyway, so the £1 one may not have to be used against the milk multipack. But to be certain we will have to wait and see what info someone comes back with after their Tesco shop, I will give it a whirl later if no-one else reports back first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Thank you, Coupon-mad. I'll eagerly await your (or anyone else's) Best coupon report.
(I've no intention of buying the Cravendale milk but if it's £1 of my groceries, that's a different matter...
) By-the-way, if you used the Asda coupon in Asda, would you have to buy the product?

Technically yes, you should buy the product as it's an Asda coupon...in reality no, the tills would take it I think, SA willing (but Asda usually restrict couponing to a measly 10% these days so they lost my business a couple of years ago).PRIVATE 'PCN'?
