Glad you had a nice experience LB. Most of these counters the women are horrible. I remember when we used to get free lancome freebies for being in the club, the woman was SOO nasty, you'd think the money for samples came from her own wages.

The Biotherm 'lady' was truly lovely ... and the stuff is too as MBN said ... I will go back I think and squander some of my mountain of Boots points on something nice ... Friendliness goes a long way with me ... there is no need to be snooty ... even if you do get a free suit to do to work in ...

To save buying the magazine, there is already a Millies Cookies BOGOF treatbox coupon, available if you join the Cookie Club on their website. It's been recently posted on MSE somewhere(!) along with another voucher for 'buy 5 Classic Cookies, get 5 free'. Amazingly there are two miserable old bags in one of our local libraries. Everyone avoids them like the plague, prefering to travel to a further afield library. Surely libraries should be WELCOMING places? But these 2 old bags make you dread going in and want to get out asap!!! What do people get out of being miserable? :mad:
