I have just recieved this email regarding my Prima subscription. It runs out in april, i wont be taking out any more subscriptions especially cos i miss out on the free gifts. Seems they can get away with treating subscribers like rubbish, i even got another stupid letter asking me to renew my sub at the special price of £22, when i can buy issues in the shops, as soon as they come out, complete with freebies, for the bargain price of a few pounds extra. We have other subscribed magazines that either dont turn up or arrive about 2 weeks after they have been in the shops. Hopefully i can get back to posting about offers soon!

My original email was

Could you please explain why i keep recieving my subscribers copy over
a week after it has arrived in the shops? This has happened for the
past several issues now and im afraid i will not be renewing my
subscription due to the shoddy way that you treat your subscribers.

This is the reply i got:mad: 2 weeks is a slight delay is it?:mad:Im not even going to get started on the lack of free gifts, that will be a waste of time.

I can confirm your issue is currently enroute but would however advise
there was a slight delay with the despatch, could I therefore please
request you allow a few more days for delivery.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has
caused.

The NE edition of Chat(24 Jan) does not have the 28p x4 vouchers...only a full page ad for It's Fate. Page 48 coupon for 15p is there.
