Apparently Nationwide can simply reset the harassing phonecall count to 0 every time I complain by employing new debt collectors.
    Perhaps OFCOM will disagree.......

    .

Perhaps they will, 99.999999% sure they won't though. Nationwide have no control over what the debt collection company does or does not do to you regarding phone calls. Therefore how can Nationwide be harassing you? They are simply selling your debt on so they can at least get a return on the money YOU borrowed from them and of which YOU have REFUSED to pay back.

You can gradually build up a case of harasment with the new DCA if they continue to go against your wishes after being informed of your position.

P.s. it is not harasment until the police charge somebody or a judge decree's it to be harasment. Cases of DCA being charged for harasment are as common as rocking horse poop.
