Wonga and Experian Query!

Hello all,

Long time lurker first time poster

I had a question regarding wonga loans and whether or not they report searches to experian

The situation is as follows: Over the past 1 year and 2 months i have taken an excess of wonga loans ( in the region of 30-40). All were paid off on time.

Anyways i signed up to experian and checked my credit report and there was no mention of wonga in the previous searches tab??

Does anyone have an understanding of why this is so?

Sorry buy a bit of additional info:

I applied today for a wonga but was rejected and they directed me to the Experian site to check my report.

Hiya!
like yourself i have taken many wonga loans all repaid on time- they should show on your file as they will decided partly based on this- i use a free basic report called noddle and my wonga shows on there.

You may find they show on your report under a trading name- i believe they are under Quickbridge

You will NOT be credit searched for each loan but you will have been on the first occasion, which was 1 year and 2 months ago. They may of cause periodically search your file or have a monthly feed (Won't show on your Credit File) and so if your circumstances have changed dramatically decide to withdraw the facility.

SEARCHES ARE DELETED AFTER 1 YEAR so no record should exist of a search. ALL of your individual loans should be showing on both Experian and Callcredit, they should show up as Quickbridge.
