State Pension on Death of Husband

Now fully retired I am making a package up of the pensions wife will receive if I pre-decease her. I have up to date figures from work related pensions.
I have googled State pensions on death but still a little confused. Wife now 64 with annual state pension of £4862, mine aged 66 of £6820. Am I correct in assuming on my death wife's pension will rise to my £6820?

I'm no expert but I can tell you that in our case I understand that the "basic" part of my widow's pension will be raised to equal my "basic" part, and then she'll get 50% of the "additional" part of my pension. She'll get to keep the whole "additional" part of her own pension. So before an expert does drop by I suggest you look at the paperwork and tell us the breakdown of your pension and hers.
