Possible new volunteer dilemna

At the charity shop where I am assistant manager, we have a sign outside advertising for volunteers.
This afternoon, a girl came in wearing a red paisley bandanna. I was surprised when she came to the till and asked about the volunteering opportunity. I was a bit taken aback for a second so I took a number and said I would ring her back.
I was rather surprised that she had dressed like that and am not sure whether I should see this a bad omen or whether I should just invite her in for a shift and make sure she understands the dress code?

She can put aside her red paisley bandana in moments. You will have your prejudices against people with red paisley bandanas for life. Be honest with her about your prejudices and let her make the choice.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -
Was the red bandanna all she was wearing?0

If the bandana was all she was wearing I can understand your concern! If not, it seems rather extreme.But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Well I have to ask, what's wrong with someone wearing a 'red paisley bandana?
Is it a secret sign or something?0 -
Strange thing is, I just goggled bandanna, just to make sure I hadn't miss understood, and all the images were of RED PAISLEY BANDANNAS! Spooky.:eek:0

Not sure it's a dilemma...
What's wrong with a paisley bandanna? Have you been watching too many American gangland films?0 -
Brilliant. Has to be a wind up.
And now I have Prince's 'little red Corvette' stuck in my head for some reason...0 -
I can't see what's wrong with a bandanna either.
Perhaps - and here's a thought - she's not a gangster but someone suffering from hair loss (through cancer?) and its her way of dealing with it.
Obviously she should have gone home, put on her suit and then come in to see you ( a bandanna is simply not worn in the shires, did anyone not tell her .......rather than just walk in off the street.
Or of course the OP is a troll2014 Target;
