pre cast concrete certificate advice please

Ive been advised by my estate agents that I may have to obtain a Pre cast concrete cetificate (PRC).
Has anyone had this done and what kind of price am I looking at for this.

They are not being very helpful advising me on the cost.

You need to get a structural engineer to inspect the property. The price for this may not be too expensive for them to inspect the property. It depends on the amount of work involved to put the property right that will determine the cost.

mine is a WATES type property and id like to sell it.
is there anybody out there that gives mortgages on these types WATES that's in its original condition
