Help re: Pay...Is there anything I can do?

Hi all,
I posted a while back re: some issues I had with getting a pay rise sorted.
I started a new role in November 2012 and was told I would get a pay rise. As I work for a large company, all of the 'paperwork' has to be done on internal systems. Due to major problems with these systems, I didn't get my pay rise until February's pay (although it was backdated). They had had to process the paperwork manuay Everything, I thought, was fine.
Due to internal changes I have now got a new manager. This meant that I had to be transferred from one manager to another on this internal system and because of this, I have been sent a letter saying my t&c's have changed and my salary is now £xxxx which is considerably less than it should be. The letter has come from payroll and it confirms that this new salary will be reflected in my april pay and backdated to February.
In short this means April's salary will be based on this 'new' wrong amount AND they will take money off me from feb and mar because i was paid at the higher (correct) salary in these months.
I know this is an admin error but as the cut off point for april pay has passed, I know that this will not be resolved and i will have to suffer a considerably reduced pay packet in April. I also don't have confidence that the issue will be resolved quickly taking into consideration the length of time it took to sort in the first place.
I am so stressed about it and the effect it will have on me financially until it is resolved. Is there anything I can do to (for want of a better word) 'force' this to be resolved as soon as - possibly even for April's pay?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
