Dealing with DCAs

I made offers to my creditors all now with dca,s some have sent me letters rejecting as I offered just a little over10% they are asking me to call them to discuss payment the other want a income & expenditure. I have noticed advice not to call them only written correspondence my debt management company contact them and have token payments in place for years. These debts over over 7 years old mainly credit cards and personal loans. I want to start paying them off offering them full and final settlements and want to pay them the lowest possible as i am not rich. So I am wondering do I send the ones that replied cca requests now to get on their nerves and start to make effort to accept my offers? I have no assets or money to make full payments so can I reply saying re consider my offer or I am looking to go bankrupt? Also I signed my full and final offer letters will this cause complication? I am not sure how to make them co-operate.
Also my barclaycard account seems to be with littlewoods. is this the in house dca?

First things first, who is your DMP with? A free one I hope?

How many CCA requests have you made, to who, did any reply and are the agreements enforceable?

Can you list your outstanding debts, total and how much you are paying them? It will be easier to give more precise advice with this info.

Token payment of £1 through DMP which is free for like 7 years.
All credit cards and personal loans. I have never sent any CCA requests to them my DMP has always delt with them. I made full and final offers recently to start getting rid of them but three have come back saying no and to call them and to give income and expenditure details. I am not calling them i want to know if i should CCA them now to start co-operating?

CCA all of them first to see what they have, do not negotiate any further until you have this info.

Will sending them a CCA cause me complications as i have already made them a full and final offer and in a DMP with them so technically i am admitting my debt or is it completely in my right to do so regardless and to get them negotiating?

Also one debt i have CCJ on so i am leaving this out as i guess no point??

Is Littlewoods Barclaycards in house DCA?

Never deal with tese goons on the phone. Their rejection letters wont say they are refusing your offer, but that it isnt acceptable.

    Wright back and say tough.

    Dear Sirs,

I am in receipt of your letter dated..

I would bring to your attention that I am not in a position to repay thisaccount, as already advised to the original Creditor.

I have no assets, no job and no money under the mattress - I repeat, I amunable to pay and the original Creditor are aware of this. Having
made the Original Creditor aware of my situtation they have decided to farm outthe account on a pass the parcel basis. The following Companies have
had control of this account :-

    DCA 1 - NAME

    DCA 2 - NAME

    DCA 3 - NAME

    DCA 4 - NAME

The above, have been advised there is NO money, NO assets, NO job, No moneyunder the mattress. That their continued pressure by way of threats
    of Attachment of Earnings,
county court Judgments, Charging Orders are all for nothing, because I simply havenothing.

Once the message finally sinks in, they return the account to the originalcreditor, who then simply parcel it up and assign it on to the next DCA ontheir list.

There is little point in you writing to me again - I have made my positionquite clear and will not respond to any other DCA tactics. Please note that Ihave obtaining proof of posting for this letter.

Is Littlewoods Barclaycards in house DCA?

Sending a CCA will not cause you any complications and it is your right to request that info.
Barclays in house collectors are Mercers.

    Who is your DMP with?

They are not going to go away as you owe them money, they can be stopped in their tracks sometimes though.

You need to lood at your credit records to see who actually owns each debt and the current status.
