Oh that brings back memories. I think I was in 3rd form when we first did this (age 13 or 14). I don't know if it's changed but back then the answer sheets were filled in the way you fill in a lotto slip. Anyway, flash forward to the results day and the teacher gets to the end of the winners and then picks on me. In front of the class she says "and someone filled out their name incorrectly on the answer sheet" and asked me to confirm my DOB.

I was mortified and the girl sitting opposite me was a girl I couldn't stand and she was taking great glee in this until the teacher said "it's just as well you filled your DOB out correctly as you were the only gold winner in the class". Oh the look of disgust on little miss future head girls face was worth it as she only got silver :rotfl:

Hope your DD enjoyed it as it's nothing like any normal maths test you get in school. The results aren't always indicative of someone who is fantastic at maths (I can't do pure maths to save my life) as seen by me :D:eek:

    :rotfl:

My school set a mock maths exam to help us prepare for the actual exams

One of the questions was to prove a formula worked

i proved it didn't!!!!! The head of maths who set the paper was mortified :rotfl:

I wish we knew where this came from :(
I think the voucher is valid from sometime last year (October maybe?), so why has it taken till now to become available in the public domain?

    That's my other concern

I hope someone hasn't just cobbled this together

I don't want to use something that is as fake as the vouchers sold on ebay.
