It is weighing up whether buying a single meal deal plus fillers to get £6 is better than 2 meal deals where you are capped at £10, so could lose £2 if you got 4x puddings, 2 mains and 2 wine. So long as you are only getting fillers that you actually want/need rather than to meet the 10 target, buying one at a time makes most sense on the pp (unless of course you actually want a starter/side dish!).

Does anyone know what would happen if you bought RTC meal deal items (no the pudding obviously!) as we know in Ts that RTC now get scanned as the actual item with a reduced price, but when you do 3 for £10 etc another discount still comes off even though RTC. I ask as I noticed a lot of RTC in that section yesterday when I was shopping but didn't want to reduce my £6 pp.

Also I only noticed yesterday that the PP has a start date the day after it is issued - do Ts adhere to this or can you rinse and repeat on the same day? If not, this would maximise your return as it is £6 less cash spent until you cash out?

    Many thanks

Hello, the pricing on the Reduced To Clear Meal-Deal items does seem to be taken into account now, ie you gain nothing. I bought some potatoes last month, RTC, and bought the 'rest of the meal deal' to go with them, thinking I would get the usual full discount on the slightly reduced price. WRONG! I just got the total price of all the items discounted down to 10 pounds AFTER the RTC discount was taken off, thus making the meal deal cost exactly the same as if I had bought the full-priced longer-dated potatoes. So not worth it!

I don't know if anyone mentioned it but Bavaria comes up N/A against Ms when doing a Ts shop so might be good as a filler (with voucher) on a meal deal shop?

Also I was thinking of going back for a meal deal shop today and grabbing 2 montes, 3 choc puds, 2 mains and 1 side plus free tomatoes, bavaria and then 2 or 3 of fillers (should be about 11 items) works out just under £21 spend and hopefully gives a TPP max of £10 (darn you Ts for your limit!!)

I just did a meal deal shop with Bavaria etc and the Bavaria compared against M. T 1.50 M 2.00.
I had 2 packs so lost £1 on the TPP:(

    No 1. I am a Liverpool fan.

No. 2 Given that, I in no way condone what he did.

No. 3 IMO I don't think he deserves to wear the shirt again.

With all the above said, how the FA is not being deemed to be racist when Jermain Defoe did the same thing and got a yellow card, yet Suarez gets a 10 match ban beggars belief.

Add to this the number of Man U supports posting on my FB wall how Suarez should get x, y, z, whilst supporting a team with a rapist, someone who's slept with his wife's sister, another teammate who cheated on his wife with a prostitute (an old one at that, another who openly admitted to a challenge that broke a players leg and ended his career and another who flying kicked a fan.

    Let those without sin...

seconded - however I would be sorry to see him go - though no defending him this time ! Its childish and discusting but hardly deserving of a ten game ban ! People have done worse or similar the ref deals with it and thats that ! Defo FA have it in for him !

Haven't seen this in our store...must have a look tonight. Wonder if it's the same in all stores and stays the same amount as I've just quickly been able to put together a small shop of things i would buy anyway that would in theory give a £1.37pp. Just need a couple of fillers. This sounds like a job for SS:)
    Awaiting a new sig

Afternoon, some one was going to Portmeirion, if this link works it will tell you how to get a 2 for 1 entrance to Portmeirion gardens. May be of interest to others who like visiting gardens as it is for 300 different ones.
