  • Greenfingers, That was a lovely but very tearful story, so happy you all managed to fulfill your dads wishes x Im glad hes now at peace & that you can all finally feel at ease with this, hes in a much better place safe in the hands of his gaurdian angel & smiling down at you know x... thank you for your kind thoughts on my brother, I actually spoke to him an hour ago, & was quite surprised that he could speak, because yesterday he didnt have the engery to do so.....He was even just about to try eating a little lunch, which is a good thing, his kidneys have stabilised but he doesnt met critiria for a liver transplant, :( but hes at the moment comfortable, I feel like my heart has been ripped out, & my stomache is so clenched, I feel awful, cos I really need to be with him, but I also have kids here at home, its all so difficult....& the prognosis,Isnt good! without a transplant, itll be only a matter of time, something I find very hard to think about ... hes had such a rough time over the years, wish I had a magic wand i could wave & make things all better, Just like we all wish we had a magic wand to make all of us our loved ones & friends all better fit & fighting healthy again xxx :A:A

So pleased to hear you have spoken to your brother, you need to be strong and take each day one by one, make sure your family is ok and speak to your brother if you cannot travel to see him. Just hearing your voice will be a huge comfort to him and he will understand that travelling long distances every day is not possible. Sometimes miracles happen for no apparent reason and I wish this for you. :A

This is my wish too. Tears rolling down my face at work here!

Best wishes, GF, you are all obviously so strong. :A:A

It's much easier to be strong if you stick together and my brothers and I have always been close but do not live in each others pockets - just there for each other when we have to be.

If you really would like to leave your body to science in any way, read the hta.gov.uk website as it has loads of info and you must sign a consent form before you die to make it easier for your executor. Dad had not done this as his will was over 30 year old but we found the contact numbers from this site and went from there. :)
  • That's tricky but I can summarise.

    You bet 50p on red.

    You lose.

    You bet £1 on red.

    You lose.

    You bet £2 on red.

    You win.

    You bet 50p on black.

    You win.

You bet 50p on red etc.

It's a doubling up strategy, hoping that there won't be too many same colours in a row, ie as long as you last long enough you'll get your money back.

Once you win you go back to lowest stake and start again.

Generally works but there have been recorded 32 reds in a row in a casino ISTR lol :D:beer:
The other fun thing to remember on red/ black is that no matter the history, each time the next time comes up it's a 50/50 chance it might be red or black (forgetting the green lol)

So you play the strategy, red lose, red lose, red win back to zero on your stake.

    You did that on red.

Your next choice should not automatically be black as that makes no mathematical sense.

Both black and red have an equal chance of turning up.

So feel the force & the luck :D:D:D:D:D
