Had a good shop today with 2 DTD pork joints, also used my necter points to get some new clothes:D

On the Vladivar and the 1p Jacob's which don't seem to have calories in so :j:j

I've been lucky and not been caught out by a cunning SA yet but I've learnt a lot from the stories from people on here

I have used couple pf cans of bombay potatoes into my curries as a 'filler' as I always add loads veg to lower calories. Much cheaper than actual potatoes but did not check the calories on the tin.

Just been to my local Tesco (Cradley) and noticed they were selling Tesco handwash for 18p so I grabbed some.

Whilst walking round I noticed they had loads of bath soak and shampoo in the clearance aisle with no price marked.

I scanned them and they were scanning at 17p for the bath soak ( 1 Litre bottles) and 18p for the shampoo (pro-vitamin b5 - 300ml bottle)
