Everyone Looking Into Trolley Excitement

Since Royal Mail went over to volumetric measurement I've not done much re listing on eBay as everything has to be re weighed and recalculated. But this last free weekend I managed to get 9 items revised, long slow job.
I just put them on 3 day listings and of these I sold 2 - good result.
I now offer buyers Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class -I have to figure out if things are a small or medium size according to how thick the parcel is. Also signed for is another £1.10
I also offer courier service via collect + which is £3.99 for under 2kg
So thankfully both buyers went for courier, I use collect+
Youngest son had Wednesday afternoon free so I took him into town for haircut and dental appointment. The drop off for the parcels is a shop in town so this was ideal - going there anyway so no extra petrol or parking.
I dropped parcels off at one o'clock on wednesday. One was delivered at 7.30 and the other at 12.30 on thursday morning to different ends of the country. So both took less than 24 hours to be delivered :T
It might help that I live roughly middle of the country but even so goodness knows how much Royal Mail charge for next day delivery - before one o'clock tracked parcels.
I was quite miserable before, thinking it was the end of ebaying but it seems not, just have to adapt and survive.
Next I have to try some things with a low start price of 99p and see what happens with these“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Silvercar and Zag said we are very welcome. They dusted and hoovered but we didn't show.
Thinking we've let them down and won't get another invite:(:)To do is to be. Rousseau

ooh no, I don't venture that way very often. There are a few things that my OH asks me to buy from the polish section in Ts though. Some sort of long, thin sausage things ( ooo er:rotfl:) and a sort of gravy browning type stuff that he puts on pork chops. Don't know where he found out he liked these things? Probably on his travels0 -
