Good Morning all. Hope everyone is OK. Did anyone manage to sleep? I kept thinking the roof was going to fly off and I would end up in Oz what with the gale force winds.

Hope everyone stays safe until this blustery weather subsides and not too much damage for anyone:eek: I am so pleased I invested a few weeks go in what was an expensive not very Mse fence :TI had got fed having to try and make do propping it up with various things etc and had wasted a fair bit of money replacing the odd panel (false economy I say)Seeing neighbours fences swaying to and fro i think for once Nannylala made the right decision

Logie hope you feel a little better today and managed to get a peaceful night

I've been out surveying and tidying up some of the damage in my garden :eek::( I seem to have inherited the contents of someone else's washing line :eek: my greenhouse is in a sorry state and lots of other damage:( I hope everyone else has managed to escape too much chaos

got to keep busy this morning. Thoughts of my son in coach on the m6 in this weather is freaking me out a bit:eek:

Not too bad here in Norn Iron.....I had thought we were due for gale force winds on our coast last night. Didn't hear a thing and slept like a log.
Haven't been around much due to RL taking over but have been trying to keep up when possible.

Oh my what a windy night, it was howling, kept hearing crashes and thought the trees were going to uproot and dissappear!!!!!

Fairclaire, sorry your greenhouse is in a sad state, that wind was terrible, your son will be home safe and sound before your know it, walking in with all the fab stories to tell you, and will be asking when he can next go away again.
