If this is twinings everyday, my MSM says n/a at T?

This could be because the one in T's has 50% extra free in the box and has a different barcode. I bought some in T's a couple of days ago.

Nearly everytime I try to access MSE it now asks for my user name and password - even if I have ticked the 'remembr me' box the previous time I logged in. The computer isn't remembering my other passwords for other websites either and its really annoying to have to keep starting over. This is only a recent problem so I guess I must have accidentally changed something. If anyone can advise on a quick fix I'd be very grateful (needs to be step by step/simple !!!).

I might be stating the obvious ...but I think there is a little box that you tick next to your password when you sign n that says 'remember me'

if its not that then I have no idea :D
