What bingo you playing tonight David.?
Thats a point, on my TCB I put a ticket in for 24/7, and included my 24/7 user name, but they have come back and said "What we ideally need is an order reference number or some other unique piece of information that the merchant will be able to use to identify the same you are querying or use to conclusively identify you as a customer."
So what can I put in, or do I just ignore and nudge??
Many thanks for any help.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
