  • Good morning everyone, and thank you Savvybuyer for the new thread. A bit sneaky though starting it at that time of day!!!

    Morning all

Tried to keep up with the night shift last night but kept dozing off :o

Not feeling great this morning still, temp still up. Made the right decision to come in even though it's boring. No point taking any risks this close to the end of my treatment.

Had to laugh at all of the germ OCD stories last night :) I'm just the same. Had two packs of antibacterial surface wipes packed in my hospital bag and couldn't settle until I'd made sure I'd given everywhere the once over :D

Hope you're feeling a bit brighter SD. Have a drink :p Nurses keep badgering me so I'll do the same to you :D

Logie glad the night shift kept you amused last night, I fell asleep and missed it all.
I am drinking more than normal and to be perfectly honest with you getting fed up with the constant running to the loo, I may as well take up residence in there! The only good bit about it is I may end up with toned legs by the end of it and maybe have lost a bit of fat in the process :rotfl:
I hope you start feeling better soon, I know how boring it can be. Last time I was in I had no Internet connection only books and movies, I went through a lot of movies but couldn't tell you what I watched apart from the hurt locker and even then I don't remember what that was about :o. I don't think I could do it again without a connection.

    And Logie .................... Have a drink :p

Also if you have a Tesco credit card you can buy currency on it with no charge at their instor exchange kiosk. They'll also price match anyone else locally.

Don't forget though that there is a limit, you cannot max out your card on this. Apologies, but I cannot find the limit at the moment.
