Taking Butlins to Court- What if they don't send docs by stated date?

Hi,
I now have a court date for the case I've started against Butlins via MCOL. Both myself and Butlins have until April 15th to send each other documents that we we rely.

Please can I ask what happens if they do not send the documents by this date?

If they don't do anything, then their defence may be limited. Alternatively on they day, they could ask the judge to admit them in that there were good reasons why they were unable to do so at that time and have them now.

You are then asked if you mind, if you do not it carries on. If you do, then you get a continuance to allow you to review them, and the case continues a few weeks later.

Thank you for that. Im about to send them my evidence.
I have enclosed:
Statements from all 4 witnesses
Pictures that I previously sent Butlins
Proof that I rang their phone number to complain when I was at their resort to complain
Copies of holiday review sites showing complaints similar to mine
Copies of letters that I previously sent them


Can you think of anything else I need to send them, please?

Evidence of loss? What are you actually claiming for?

Thank you, forgot to add that I have included the invoice for the stay.
