Hi I experienced same problem on ipad with safari tracking problem. However just go to blinkbox and they have an offer for new members ( or new email address !). Deposit £1 and get £5 credit free. Therefore if you rent the Hobbit for £3.49 you are in profit by £1.51.

Not sure about TiVo, but if you have an Xbox 360 there is a Blinkbox app that you can use. (I've rented The Hobbit on my laptop, then signed into my Blinkbox app on MrD's xbox and can view it on the TV.)
I'm very happy - this is my afternoon sorted

Does this work? Because the T&C specifically say that it doesn't track on free Blinkbox credit. I'll do this if it works, and maybe even if it doesn't because of the bird in hand business.

Well mine has tracked, will see if it's confirmed.

* I signed up for the £5 free, spending £1.
* Went through quidco to get The Hobbit, £3.49 off my £6 credit = £2.51 left
* Quidco tracked at £3.50 with the £1 spent, which if confirmed means my total 'earnt' will be £2.50 (with £2.51 credit left).

Hi, I'd like to take part in this offer but I'm not currently a Quidco member. Just wondering if I signed up to Quidco would I receive the cashback from them, as they're website says that they 'retain the first £5 cashback you earn during each membership year '?

Yes they would take it off you though I had plenty more back so I don't mind the £5 fee

well worth joining - I have earned £53 so far this year and that's just buying items online which I would have bought anyway!

Definitely worth joining at least one cashback site (alternatives to Quidco are available) anyway, not just for this offer.
