Not sure if im posting this in right place!!
Ok, this may seem a daft question, but it's been puzzling me!!
I have a loan and credit card with my bank, payments made on time, every month, have just got another credit card, no payment as yet on it!! Loan i have had since last September, card from last June.
Ok, this is where i get confused!! From 3 years ago, i have 3 outstanding credit cards debts!! One has caught up with me, due to getting new credit card, i guess, now these debts will have to be sorted out, at long last, but what will my credit rating show?
That i'm up to date on loan and present card, but what abt debts? how will i be rated??:

Puzzles me. Your credit rating can't be that bad otherwise you wouldn't have got a new credit card. Are the debts lodged at an old address.
You could always try a free trial of a credit reference agency. Try https://www.experian.co.uk or https://www.checkmyfile.co.uk for your credit file.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

The only surefire way to answer that is to get hold of your credit records. There are three companies, Experian, Equifax and, erm, another one. You'll need to get all three, since different companies use different agencies. It'll only cost you £2 per agency and you can do at least two of them online.0

Yes, they do. Some companies register with all three, some only one or the other.
If you changed address a lot of companies only ask you for an address up to three years, so you should be okay. However, as you have just found out to your cost that applying for other credit alerts people to your 'new' address.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

the 'other one' is 'call credit'. https://www.checkmyfile.com do all three, but as a good MSE you should apply by post and get all three for £2 each.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
