FTB, low income, high deposit and mediocre credit score, cant get mortgage. Help!

    thank you for all of your advice. We know about informing everyone right away, and are aware that we will lose all of our benefits and that is why we want to move as quick as possible!
    We had a bit fo a development with countrywide. We went to them for a list of lenders that she had already approached and told her we were going else where and "all of a sudden" she had a brainwave *rolls eyes* and next thing we know we have an AIP from santander for a 50/50 mortgage. Funny how we mention going elsewhere and she manages to pull one ot of her backside eh. Well at least we got it sorted! :-)
