    They said they can't process a return for a beauty item to send it back so to keep it and have refunded me in full - so a tube of free cream which I won't complain about!

    Mine arrived this morning, only one tube, for me too. Just rang, got refund and kept the tube, cs say Healthy Kingdom no longer listing this item, so must be an error on their part.

    I, too, received one tube. The operative on the 0800 number said they were unable to send out the other 5 since the item is 'under review' on Amazon's system which means they're not currently supplying it. My refund is being processed.
