In short I'm with payplan and thus far it's going really well.
Paying £310 a month to 11 lenders totalling £9500.
All my loans are slowly decreasing except my nationwide credit card which add on about £60 a month interest. There cut of my payment is approximately £130 a month (they are my biggest debt)..
So how do i talk them round to freezing it?
Thanks in anticipation

You could write to them and ask how they consider they are treating you sympathetically under the lending code?
Presumably you have written to them several times?:beer:0 -

Don't forget than in a DMP there is no guarantee that creditors will freeze interest and charges as they are legally entitled to charge them. However if you are in a debt management plan and Payplan won't challenge it for you (not all will) you could consider a formal complaint to the creditor on the grounds that it is actually exacerbating/prolonging your debt problems and as mentioned aboe, quote the lending code.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
